The position has a strong sourcing focus, requiring precision rather than high-volume outreach across Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Business Operations. You will own searches end to end, from defining candidate profiles and building targeted pipelines to closing and offer management. Working closely with hiring managers, you will bring market intelligence, challenge assumptions, and continuously refine recruiting strategies.
