Associate - Corporate - M&A and Private Equity

The ideal candidate will have minimum 1 up to 5 years (PQE) in mergers and acquisitions, with a strong focus on cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, and related corporate governance matters. This role involves acting as counsel for clients in complex M&A transactions, providing comprehensive legal advice, and collaborating with a global team to deliver seamless service across jurisdictions.
