Aftersales Representative - On Highway

An exciting opportunity has become available for an On-Highway Aftersales Representative to join our Sydney Branch. This role is ideal for someone with a strong truck parts background who enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems and identifying opportunities to grow parts and service business. Working across the Sydney metropolitan and Wollongong region, you'll become the trusted contact for your customer base, promoting genuine parts, workshop services and maintenance solutions while working closely with our experienced Parts and Service teams. Rather than selling new trucks, your focus will be on keeping customers operating efficiently through proactive aftermarket support and long-term partnerships. What will you do? Develop and grow parts and service sales across your assigned territory Build strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities Promote genuine truck parts, workshop services and preventative maintenance solutions Work closely with the Branch Parts and Service teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes Develop account plans and maintain customer activity through our CRM system Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities through to completion Identify cross-selling opportunities across Penske's products and services Provide market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing and customer trends Achieve agreed sales, revenue and gross profit targets
