Maintenance Worker

Job Summary: The Maintenance Person will perform various maintenance tasks to ensure efficient and safe operation of our facilities. This includes routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance of equipment, buildings, and grounds. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify and address maintenance needs. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system maintenance. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other team members and departments to address maintenance issues. Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment. Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs. Ensure fleet vehicle maintenance, oil change, tire rotation, etc.
