Executive (CEO Support)

To support this growth, we’re looking for someone who can work closely with the CEO and ensure things actually move . Role Purpose This is not a typical desk role. You will act as the execution backbone of the CEO’s office ensuring priorities are tracked, teams are aligned, and nothing falls through the cracks. If you enjoy bringing structure to chaos, following through on commitments, and working across teams this role is for you. What You’ll Do 1. CEO Office Support Manage calendar, meetings, and key priorities Prepare briefs, talking points, and meeting notes Ensure clear follow-ups after discussions 2. Program & Project Coordination Track multiple ongoing programs and initiatives Coordinate with program, HR, fundraising, and operations teams Ensure timelines and deliverables are met 3. Execution & Follow-ups Create and maintain trackers (projects, KPIs, targets) Follow up with teams to ensure progress Flag delays, risks, and bottlenecks early 4. Communication & Documentation Draft emails, presentations, and internal updates Support donor reports and external communication Maintain organized documentation Who This Role is For Someone who doesn’t wait to be told you follow up, push, and close loops Someone who enjoys working across teams and managing multiple priorities Someone who can handle ambiguity and still stay structured Ideal Candidate Profile 0 – 2 years of experience (NGO / social sector / startup preferred) Strong communication skills (written + verbal) Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Docs, PPT, Notion, etc. Interest in youth development / social impact is a big plus What You’ll Gain Direct exposure to leadership and decision-making Opportunity to work across programs, fundraising, and strategy Fast learning and high ownership environment
