Occupational Therapist I (OT) - NO WEEKENDS!

Full-time, 36 hr/week school-based OT position. No weekend rotation. $15K sign-on bonus! General Summary: In collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, provides occupational therapy services including evaluation, treatment, and patient/family education across assigned care settings. Directs and oversees treatment interventions provided by COTAs and supervises rehabilitation aides in the performance of non‑treatment, supportive tasks related to patient care and clinic operations. After one year of experience, may act as a student supervisor in accordance with organizational policies. Provides clinical oversight of COTAs and supervises rehabilitation aides in accordance with organizational policies and scope‑of‑practice guidelines.
