Techniplas has long-term relationships with many of the world’s leading automotive and industrial OEMs. SUMMARY OF POSITION: Water Spider performs standardized material handling of small components that can be moved without a forklift. You will observe continuous operations of machines to ensure that product flows to the production lines. Recognize any inventory needs throughout the shift and before the next shift. JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Complete the component pull list accurately; obtain a verification signature and submit it midway through the shift. Pull all required components to support press operations based on current production demand. Stock fabric drawers for designated machines to ensure uninterrupted workflow. Refill and maintain inventory for line-side dryers. Keep the workstation and supermarket area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards. Follow the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) system for material handling. Remove empty containers from press areas and relocate them to the designated FIFO zone. Ensure all inventory is properly scanned into the appropriate work centers. Support production by supplying empty containers to the lines as needed. Must be able to perform repetitive tasks.
