Wellness Shelter - Client Support Staff (3rd Shift)

Elena’s Way, a Preble Street Wellness Shelter, provides shelter and intensive support services to 40 individuals experiencing homelessness and complex physical and mental health needs, in a 24-hour trauma-informed environment grounded in social work and medical best practices. A Client Support Staff position with a full-time, 3 rd shift schedule is currently available in this service-inclusive, client-centered shelter program. As part of the team providing comprehensive services to individuals accessing the Wellness Shelter, Elena’s Way Client Support Staff outreach and engage with clients, provide direct services and program coverage, maintain safety in program spaces, provide crisis intervention and support, and assist in case management activities. The schedule for this full-time (40 hours/week), awake 3 rd shift position is Wednesday-Saturday, 10:30pm-8:30am .
