Sanitation II- 3rd Shift (3287)

Position Summary: Disassemble, clean, sanitize, reassemble and test-run all elements of the line seven scaling and feeding system prior to the first shift start up. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. Disassembly of the Triangle system. Cleaning of the Triangle scale system. Reassembly of the Triangle system. Cleaning of the “steep” conveyor. Cleaning of the Urschel slicer. Cleaning of the “Z” conveyor. Other duties as assigned (to be done on nights when the Triangle system does not have to be cleaned). Take responsibility in your work to produce a safe and quality food product.
