Position Overview The Maintenance Support will assist with the overall upkeep, safety, and functionality of the property by completing routine maintenance tasks, responding to work orders, and assisting with preventative maintenance. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless guest experience and a well ‑ maintained environment for both residents and staff. Weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and repair needs promptly to the appropriate manager.

• Perform basic maintenance tasks, including:

• Changing light bulbs, batteries, and small components

• Minor touch ‑ up repairs (paint, patching, hardware adjustments)

• Unclogging drains and addressing simple plumbing issues
