About the role
The purpose of the job is to ensure that all activities relating to the building, inspection, maintenance, repair and calibration of all Expro CHS equipment are carried out in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner. The principal accountabilities of the position are: To ensure that all E Line/ Slick Line assemblies (including Explosives Services, Down Hole Video, Production Logging Tools, Multi-finger Calipers, Down Hole Pressure/Temperature Gauge & Subsea suits of equipment) are built, tested, maintained and prepared within given timescales and carried out in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner and to comply fully with the contracted or in-house specification. To be involved in the testing of all equipment sets prior to mobilisation to offshore/ foreign locations To provide technical support to operations for the provision of all services within the CHS(E) department. Testing and evaluating of any new products or software prior to field release. To assist in the general maintenance of any other equipment suits as and when required. To provide technical support to Expro bases world-wide. To provide, when necessary, out-of-hours call-out support as required. To ensure that all maintenance activities carried out by themselves and subordinates are done in accordance with Company procedures, work instructions and to BS ISO 9002.
