Position: Loss Prevention Manager. Location: Patna, Bihar. Job Summary: We are looking for a result-driven Loss Prevention Manager to oversee shrinkage control and compliance across Med Plus pharmacy stores. The role is critical in ensuring asset protection, minimizing losses, and maintaining regulatory and operational discipline across multiple outlets. Responsibilities: · Drive loss prevention initiatives across assigned pharmacy stores · Monitor inventory shrinkage, pilferage, and stock variances · Conduct surprise audits, stock audits, and process compliance checks · Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, billing accuracy, and inventory controls · Track and control losses related to expiry and near-expiry medicines · Identify high-risk areas including controlled and high-value drugs · Investigate theft, fraud, and operational discrepancies · Monitor CCTV and coordinate with security teams · Collaborate with operations, audit, and supply chain teams · Train store staff on loss prevention, compliance, and best practices · Ensure readiness for internal and external audits Requirements Requirements and Skills: · Strong understanding of pharma retail store operations · Expertise in inventory management and shrinkage control · Knowledge of drug regulations (Schedule H/H1, etc.) · Analytical and investigative skills · High attention to detail and integrity · Strong coordination and communication abilities · Qualifications: · Graduate (Pharmacy / Commerce / Management preferred) Experience: · 4–8 years of experience in Loss Prevention / Audit / Pharma Retail · Experience in chain pharmacy operations preferred Key Metrics: · Shrinkage reduction across stores · Audit compliance scores · Control on expiry-related losses · Reduction in fraud and pilferage incidents Why Join Us: Opportunity to work with one of Bihar’s leading pharmacy retail chains Exposure to multi-store operations and structured processes Growth-oriented and dynamic work environment Benefits Salary: · 4.0 lacs to 6.0 lacs
