As Senior Manager Procurement Partnering , you'll provide strategic leadership across procurement and commercial activities, driving enterprise-wide capability, governance and value while leading a high-performing team through change and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities include: Lead and execute ARTC's national procurement strategy, driving commercial performance, governance and continuous improvement. Partner with senior leaders to influence sourcing strategies, major procurement programs and enterprise-wide commercial decisions. Lead, coach and develop a high-performing procurement team, building capability, engagement and a collaborative, customer-focused culture. Drive procurement transformation and organisational change, embedding best practice, strengthening capability and delivering sustainable business outcomes. Strengthen supplier and contractor performance through strategic relationship management, contract governance and risk mitigation.
