About the role
About Crisis24 Crisis24 helps organizations protect their people, operations, assets, and reputation in an increasingly complex risk environment. Through world-class intelligence, technology, and crisis response capabilities, we enable organizations to anticipate, manage, and respond to threats around the globe. About the Role As Director, Product Management – Intelligence & TRM/PRM/Sites, you will lead the strategy, growth, performance, and ongoing evolution of two key value streams within Crisis24 Horizon: Intelligence and Travel Risk Management (TRM), People Risk Management (PRM) & Sites. Reporting to the VP, Product Management, you will have end-to-end Product Management responsibility for these value streams, defining their vision and strategy, establishing investment priorities, driving their roadmaps, and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes. This is a senior Product leadership role that combines strategic ownership, commercial accountability, people leadership, and hands-on Product Management. You will lead a small team of Product Managers while remaining close to customers, the market, and delivery teams. You will be equally comfortable setting multi-year strategic direction, influencing senior stakeholders, coaching Product Managers, leading discovery, working directly with Engineering, and rolling up your sleeves when circumstances require it. The Intelligence and TRM/PRM/Sites value streams form important parts of the broader Horizon proposition. Success therefore requires not only optimizing each area individually, but also understanding how they contribute to an integrated Horizon experience and identifying opportunities where capabilities, data, workflows, and customer needs intersect. As a Director within the Product organization, you will also contribute to the broader leadership and evolution of Horizon and Product Management at Crisis24, including leading selected cross-platform priorities and helping strengthen Product practices, decision-making, and organizational capability. What You'll Do Define Value Stream Strategy & Direction • Define and communicate compelling visions and strategies for the Intelligence and TRM/PRM/Sites value streams. • Translate those strategies into clear roadmaps, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes. • Balance the distinct customer, market, commercial, and product needs of the two value streams while identifying opportunities for alignment and shared value. • Establish investment priorities based on company objectives, customer needs, product and commercial data, market opportunities, technical considerations, and strategic growth priorities. • Develop a deep understanding of the customers, users, workflows, competitive landscape, and market dynamics relevant to each value stream. • Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, operational efficiency, customer value, and competitive differentiation. • Make thoughtful prioritization and investment trade-offs, balancing near-term customer and commercial needs with longer-term strategic and platform objectives. • Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for significant investments, partnerships, and Product initiatives. • Contribute to pricing, packaging, positioning, and go-to-market decisions in partnership with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders. Drive Business & Customer Outcomes • Own Product Management performance for the Intelligence and TRM/PRM/Sites value streams, with accountability for delivering measurable customer and business outcomes. • Establish and track meaningful measures of success, including customer adoption, engagement, retention, revenue contribution, customer satisfaction, and other relevant business and Product outcomes. • Use customer insights, market intelligence, product analytics, operational data, and commercial performance to inform priorities and investment decisions. • Partner with Commercial, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and Partnerships to maximize customer value and business performance. • Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs through direct customer engagement, research, feedback, and close partnership with customer-facing teams. • Identify opportunities to increase adoption, strengthen retention, improve customer experience, and support sustainable growth across direct and partner channels. • Provide clear visibility to Product and business leadership on performance, opportunities, risks, priorities, and investment needs across both value streams. Lead Product Discovery & Execution • Maintain sufficient proximity to Product execution to ensure strategy translates effectively into customer and business outcomes. • Lead and participate directly in product discovery, customer research, problem definition, solution exploration, prioritization, and validation where appropriate. • Translate complex customer and business problems into clear Product opportunities, requirements, and outcomes. • Ensure clear, prioritized roadmaps exist across both value streams and that teams understand the strategic rationale behind them. • Partner closely with Engineering and Design throughout discovery and delivery, aligning customer value, business priorities, technical health, platform evolution, and delivery constraints. • Help teams navigate ambiguity and make pragmatic decisions when information is incomplete or priorities compete. • When critical situations arise, be willing to roll up your sleeves and work alongside the team to resolve problems, unblock delivery, support important customers, or accelerate strategic initiatives. • Maintain accountability for outcomes after release, using data and customer feedback to evaluate impact and inform future decisions. Lead & Develop Product Talent • Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers across the Intelligence and TRM/PRM/Sites value streams. • Establish clear accountability and decision rights, enabling Product Managers to own meaningful outcomes while providing appropriate coaching and support. • Help team members strengthen their strategic thinking, customer orientation, commercial understanding, stakeholder leadership, and Product Management craft. • Create an environment where Product Managers can grow their scope and autonomy over time. • Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, customer-centricity, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Contribute to talent development, Product Management practices, and organizational capability across the broader Product organization.
