KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage end-to-end dark store operations including inventory, order processing, dispatch, and last-mile coordination. Plan daily manpower requirements including pickers, packers, and delivery executives based on order volume and demand trends. Ensure accurate picking, packing, and timely dispatch of orders to meet SLA and customer expectations. Monitor inventory levels, stock inward/outward, RTO handling, stock aging, and shrinkage control. Maintain high standards of store hygiene, safety, and operational compliance. Track operational KPIs such as order fulfilment rate, dispatch TAT, inventory accuracy, and delivery success rate. Coordinate with central teams, vendors, and delivery partners to resolve operational issues. Handle on boarding, training, and performance monitoring of store staff and delivery executives. Provide real-time support to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer experience. Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3–5 years of experience in dark store, warehouse, retail operations, or logistics industry. Strong understanding of dark store operations, inventory management, and last-mile delivery workflows . Hands-on experience with RTO management, stock reconciliation, inventory aging, and dispatch planning . Strong people management and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of local geography of Patna and surrounding delivery clusters.
