Senior Tech TA Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Tech TA Specialist based in United Kingdom. As a Senior Tech TA Specialist, you’ll own end-to-end recruitment for engineering and product roles, helping shape the growth of high-performing technical teams. You’ll work closely with engineering and product leaders to understand hiring priorities, define candidate profiles, and build effective recruitment strategies. The role combines proactive technical sourcing with structured assessment, stakeholder partnership, and candidate relationship management. You’ll recruit across backend, frontend, QA, infrastructure, data, and product disciplines, with a focus on experienced technical talent. Your technical literacy will allow you to assess candidates’ technical depth, problem-solving capabilities, and behavioral strengths with confidence. You’ll use recruitment data and pipeline insights to identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and continuously raise the hiring bar.
