Job Purpose: - The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at EHM Senior Solutions plays a crucial role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. This position is integral to ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents in a healthcare setting, supporting their daily needs and enhancing their quality of life. Key Responsibilities: - Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. - Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, and report any changes to the nursing staff. - Help residents with mobility and physical exercises as directed by healthcare professionals. - Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a nurturing and positive environment. - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of residents' rooms and common areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. - Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met according to individual care plans. - Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans. - Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, following established protocols and procedures. - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in caregiving practices. Sign On Bonus Potential: Up to $4,000 sign-on bonus depending on shift and full or part-time status Shifts: Day Shift 7am to 3:30pm. Afternoons 3pm - 11:30pm. Midnights 11pm to 7:30am
