Associate - Corporate - Equity Derivatives- New York

The Corporate Department is seeking a highly qualified associate with a minimum of two years of experience to join the strategic equities transactions group. We are open to a broad variety of transaction backgrounds. Associates will have opportunities to work closely with senior attorneys in the group. Derivatives experience is not required, but a background in one or more of the following transactional practices would be very useful: capital markets (US securities laws/regulations), ISDA based derivatives documentation, secured transactions, and/or bankruptcy/restructuring.
