DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To provide guests with a winning experience in our dining venues through excellent service. Ensures the entrance of the dining room is attractive, clean, and well maintained. Notifies appropriate staff members when assistance is needed. Demonstrates an upbeat and outgoing demeanor while on duty. Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and internal control protocols. Promotes outstanding customer relations. Performs other related duties as may be assigned by reporting senior.
