Qualifications Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Experience in a similar role is an advantage Mandatory proficiency in English (written and spoken) Responsibilities Implement Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) in production, ensuring timely and accurate execution Support the introduction of new processes for project launches (e.g., new production lines such as Hilti), including active participation in transfer activities Optimize existing production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness Verify and maintain standard times in production to ensure accurate planning and performance tracking
