Aquatic Group Exercise Instructor - Red Bank

This position is for the Red Bank YMCA. This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. We are seeking passionate and energetic Aquatics Group Fitness Instructors to lead water-based fitness classes. Instructors will motivate participants, ensure safety, and deliver fun, engaging workouts in a supportive environment. Responsibilities: Lead group fitness classes in the pool, including but not limited to water aerobics and aquatic strength training. Monitor participants' safety and provide guidance throughout each session. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Ensure equipment is set up and maintained for each class. Encourage and engage participants of all fitness levels.
