Resident Care Manager (RN License Required)

The Resident Care Manager @ The Fitzgerald directs, coordinates, and supervises care services provided by care associates for the residents within the Assisted Living Department. Responsible for ensuring exemplary service is delivered with integrity, dignity, and compassion. May be responsible for medication control and coordination with physicians to ensure care and medications are delivered as directed. Responsible for the delivery of high-quality care by encouraging independence and ensuring each resident’s physical, social, cultural, psychosocial and intellectual well- being.
