This role blends strategic leadership with pastoral presence, equipping teams, building care systems, and walking alongside individuals and families through seasons of need, grief, and transition. Position Overview The Caring Ministries Director leads teams grounded in faith to compassionately care for the congregation and fulfills the strategic vision for care-related ministry programs of First Presbyterian Church.
