Payroll Specialist

About this Position The position is part of the Global Business Solution in Cairo (GBS+ Cairo), in the HRDirect Process specifically handling the operation of Payroll. What you´ll do Process payroll transactions accurately and on time, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and employee data updates.. Validate payroll files, identify discrepancies, and resolve payroll-related issues in collaboration with HR, Finance, and external providers. Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and quality checks to maintain a high level of payroll accuracy and control. Support statutory reporting, compliance activities, and payroll documentation requirements in line with local legislation. Provide support to employees and stakeholders regarding payroll inquiries and payroll processes.
