Senior Growth Engineer

BloomNation builds the technology layer powering local florists across the country, from independent flower shops to premium white-label ecommerce sites. We help florists compete with large marketplaces by giving them world-class ecommerce tools, distribution, and visibility. We’re looking for a Senior Growth Engineer, Organic Growth & SEO to own and scale organic traffic across our network of premium florist websites and the BloomNation marketplace. This is not a content SEO role. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can find organic growth opportunities, present a plan, and then ship the code to make it happen. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, SEO/AEO/GEO, analytics, and product growth. You should be comfortable creating PRs, modifying production PHP, working with HTML/CSS/JS, and partnering with a strong engineering team when deeper platform changes are needed.
