High School Director

High School Director First Presbyterian Church of Colorado Springs Full-Time, Salaried, Benefits Eligible First Presbyterian Church is seeking a High School Director to help lead a vibrant, Christ-centered ministry for students and families as we live out our mission to be Light + Life for the City . This role is ideal for a relational, energetic leader who is passionate about helping students meet and follow Jesus while equipping volunteers and building strong partnerships with families. Position Overview The High School Director is a key member of the Youth Ministries Team, responsible for creating engaging environments where students experience belonging, grow in their faith, and develop as disciples of Jesus Christ. This role focuses on leading high school ministry programs, building relationships, and equipping volunteers to effectively disciple students.
