LMI is seeking an experienced Visual Designer to translate a Defense Agency's complex personnel workflows, user research, workforce findings, and modernization choices into clear visual stories and decision-support products. The designer will create materials that help operational teams and command-level stakeholders understand current challenges, evaluate future-state options, align on priorities, and monitor progress.
