Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination! • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) • Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience in pediatric nursing, with a preference for experience working with children with developmental disabilities. • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) strongly preferred. • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is desirable. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to thrive within an interdisciplinary team. • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, committed to evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement. • Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of each client and their family, exhibiting empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity. • Upholds confidentiality and professionalism while fostering a supportive and empowering environment for clients and colleagues alike.
