Seasonal Operations

Operations seasonal employees will be responsible for carrying out general operational job duties including but not limited to custom application and delivery of NuWay-K&H Cooperative’s products and services in the most efficient and professional manner to increase NuWay-K&H Cooperative’s brand market share and company profitability. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Delivery of seed, crop protection, and crop nutrients. General services and maintenance duties including: painting tanks, assisting in completion of equipment and facilities maintenance programs and policies. Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulation agencies. Comply with NuWay-K&H Cooperative’s safety policies. Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, protect and develop the cooperative’s brands via ethical activities and intellectual property management. Continuous improvement through self-development and educational training. Attend all training sessions required by law and NuWay-K&H Cooperative Perform other duties and responsibilities as appropriate and assigned.
