SUMMARY: This position is part of the Consumer Services team and is responsible for writing thoughtful, user-focused interface copy used throughout the Nintendo Support website and internal agent tools. They create the vision for written content, ensure usability standards, and keep the brand voice consistent across multiple platforms and languages.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

• Collaborates with design, product, engineers, legal, and other key business stakeholders to create content that's intuitive, helpful , and consistent.
• Uses writing and content design skills to craft clear, concise UI copy for the customer and agent experience across multiple channels.
• Helps create and manage UX content documentation.
