Insight Practice Management Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist leads implementation projects from requirements gathering, workflow assessments, and project planning through implementation, training, go-live support and transfer to end-user support. Project types vary and may include onboarding/offboarding Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) and anesthesia entities. The Implementation Specialist documents findings for each project and provides clear, concise written recommendations. The Implementation Specialist is responsible for a variety of tasks required to successfully, manage, coordinate and lead implementation projects including performing system builds, creating user documentation and conducting end-user training for ASC, Central Billing Office (CBO) and corporate users.
