RCS-Quality Expert

As a member of the Revenue Integrity team, the Quality Expert is responsible for reviewing clinical medical record documentation to determine appropriate Observation hours for accounts discharged in Observation status. The incumbent partners closely with the Observation Charging team to balance daily workflows, triage requests received through email and internal work queues and ensure timely and accurate charge capture in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
