Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor - Macomb Outpatient Clinic (31422)

ACC is hiring a Full-Time Clinical Supervisor for our Macomb Behavioral Health Clinic. This position is an absolutely great opportunity for an individual strong in leadership and organizational skills! This position is responsible for ensuring that care and services are delivered appropriately as well as for the supervision of the clinical personnel within the department. Qualifications: Minimum Master’s Degree in a mental health field. Minimum three years related mental health experience preferred. Must have a Full-license and a CAFAS reliable trainer Must be able to demonstrate leadership skills, have knowledge of treatment systems and the ability to successfully help others provide quality services. Demonstrate knowledge of and compliance with ACC policies and procedures. Must have the knowledge of community resources. Must have the ability to exercise initiative, problem solving and decision-making skills. Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Demonstrate skill in organizing, planning and prioritizing. Must have the background in working with diverse patient populations including chronically mentally ill, substance abuse, geriatric and child and adolescent patients. Demonstrates strong computer skills.
