What you´ll do Support team in day-to-day activities related to business research, market monitoring, AI-assisted analysis, knowledge management, reporting, and communications Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, customers, competitors, and market developments to support business decision-making; Leverage AI and digital tools to collect, analyze, synthesize, and communicate insights from multiple information sources Support the development and maintenance of intelligence repositories, knowledge platforms, dashboards, and digital applications; Analyse and visualize data to identify trends, opportunities, and business implications Create engaging content and materials for internal stakeholders, including presentations, SharePoint sites, reports, newsletters, and learning resources Assist in the development, testing, and enhancement of digital intelligence solutions, analytics tools, and AI-enabled applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic projects and intelligence initiatives; Ensure assigned projects are delivered successfully within agreed objectives and timelines
