Who We're Looking For No experience required — we provide full paid training Compassion and patience come first A genuine interest in helping others learn new skills and grow Reliability and a team mindset What You'll Do As a DSP, you'll be hands-on and engaged, helping people thrive by: Teaching everyday life skills that build independence Providing transportation to community outings and activities Supporting a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition Administering medication (with training provided) Encouraging communication and self-expression Sharing hobbies, having fun, and creating good moments together Work Environment: This position is in a welcoming, co-ed home in Stanfordville, NY, supporting 6 individuals who enjoy their independence, social outings, and time with family.
