Dining Ambassador

The Dining Ambassador is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing professional customer service, assisting guests, and ensuring smooth dining operations. Key Responsibilities • Welcome and assist guests throughout their dining experience. • Take customer orders and coordinate with service and kitchen teams. • Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve basic customer concerns. • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas. • Support operational activities during peak hours. • Follow service standards and hospitality protocols. Requirements Qualifications • Minimum 9th Pass. • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Mandatory). Experience • Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles. • Experience in fine dining or premium dining environments preferred. In-hand Salary: ₹21,400 per month. • Monthly Performance Incentive: ₹2,000 – ₹3,000. • PF Benefits. • Accommodation Provided. • No Food Facility. • Probation Period: 6 Months. • Benefits applicable from Day 1. Additional Requirements • English and Hindi Mandatory. • Must be comfortable working with Pork, Beef, and Chicken products. Work Timings • 6 Days Working with Rotational Week Off. • Shift-Based Working Hours (9 Hours).
