About the role
Human Resource Generalist Randolph, MA | Full-Time Support a Fair, Respectful, and Compliant Workplace May Institute is looking for an experienced Human Resource Generalist - Employee Relations to join our HR team. In this role, you’ll lead investigations and make recommendations to guide managers and employees through workplace concerns. This is a key position for someone who values integrity, confidentiality, and meaningful impact.
