Student Engagement, Outreach and Program Coordination Coordinating curricular programs, events and outreach activities that increase student engagement and connect students with internships, faculty members, academic programs and professional opportunities. External and community-facing outreach. Collaborate with faculty, staff, students and external partners to support successful programs and events execution. Communications and Admin Support Provide administrative and communication support to faculty and school leadership, including scheduling, coordinating logistics, preparing promotional and informational materials, maintaining outreach calendars, responding to inquiries and supporting the unit programs and initiatives. Alumni Relations and Outreach Coordinating alumni communications and event logistics Maintaining relationships with alumni and community partners Supporting alumni engagement strategies and programming Other duties as assigned
