Academy Kit Assistant

The Academy Kit Assistant supports the smooth day-to-day running of the Academy by preparing, maintaining, and distributing training and match kit for players and staff. Requirements The ideal candidate will: Be organised and reliable. Have strong attention to detail. Be a positive team player with a flexible approach to working evenings and weekends. Have a Full Driving License Be able to work in a fast-paced football environment while maintaining high professional standards. Responsibilities The following is a non-exhaustive list of the responsibilities of the role: Prepare and distribute training and match kit. Ensure all kit and equipment is clean, organised, and ready for use. Assist with stock control, kit issuing, and inventory management. Support academy training sessions, fixtures, and tournaments as required. Maintain high standards within the kit room and storage areas. Work closely with academy staff to meet operational needs.
