Who you are:

We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking an Installation Project Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing customized installation project plans for large-scale fleet customers, ensuring seamless coordination across resellers, vendors, and end users. If you love working at the intersection of technology and logistics — and thrive in a fast-moving environment where your work has direct customer impact — we would love to hear from you!

What you'll do:

As an Installation Project Manager, your key area of responsibility will be owning end-to-end project delivery for enterprise fleet installation programs across the United States. You will evaluate customer requirements, build detailed and executable project plans, and serve as the primary point of coordination between resellers, vendors, and end users — ensuring every installation stays on track and meets agreed timelines. You will play a key role in helping the team scale to meet growing demand, and will actively contribute to process improvements that automate and streamline the flow of installation work.

To be successful in this role you will be a resourceful problem-solver who is comfortable managing competing priorities in a high-volume, high-stakes environment. You will work closely with Sales, Reseller teams, and internal stakeholders across Product, Hardware Engineering, and Software Engineering — building the cross-functional relationships that keep projects moving and customers satisfied. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical understanding of fleet hardware and installation systems, combined with the organizational discipline to run multiple complex projects simultaneously.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Evaluate customer's needs in relation to installation services
  • Develop a detailed and executable project plan to meet the desired delivery time frames
  • Assist in automating the flow of installation work from reseller to vendor to end user
  • Conduct meetings with customers and vendors to ensure progress on the plan
  • Work with Product, Hardware Engineering, and Software Engineering to continually improve Geotab products and services
  • Support Geotab global strategic initiatives
  • Consistently demonstrate Geotab's Core Values in all daily work and interactions
  • Contribute to and maintain departmental Wiki documentation
