OPENING DATE: February 18, 2025 CLOSING DATE: Open Until Filled Shift: M-Th 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM POSITION SUMMARY: Provides comprehensive, patient-centered medical care including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute, chronic, and preventive health conditions for patients served by Red Berry Health System. Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, culturally responsive care while supporting clinical quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides direct medical care to patients, including history and physical examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management of medical conditions within scope of training and credentialing. Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests and clinical findings to determine appropriate medical interventions. Performs specialty-specific diagnostic and therapeutic procedures consistent with training, licensure, and credentialing privileges. Collaborates with nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, effective patient care. Reviews complex or conflicting medical information and exercises independent clinical judgment to determine appropriate courses of treatment. Provides consultation and clinical guidance to other members of the healthcare team as appropriate. Participates in quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical performance initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery. Contributes to teaching, mentorship, and professional development of clinical staff, students, and trainees as applicable. Ensures accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic medical record. Maintains compliance with applicable federal, state, tribal, and organizational policies and procedures. Performs other position-related duties as assigned. REPORTS TO : Will Report to Clinic Director, CEO or Designee (Red Berry Health System), with day-to-day operational coordination through Vestra Tribal Care Management.
