Summary: With minimal supervision, maintain, repair and improve multi-function high-speed automatic production equipment. Mentor other team technicians assist with the design, installation, and improvement of new and existing production equipment. Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust all types of production equipment. In This Position, You Will Have the Opportunity To: 2. Troubleshoot debug, modify, and repair all mechanical devices and drive units used on high-speed automated assembly equipment. 3. Determine difference between mechanical and electrical failures and guide other maintenance personnel in troubleshooting, debug and repair of high-speed automated assembly equipment. 4. Work with lead peers, co-workers, and subordinates in all facets of maintenance including TPM, 5 S’s, EM, and PM, to ensure compliance with ISO Company standards. 5. Mentor and train other maintenance personnel in a defined program to raise their skill level and prepare them to train other. 6. Work with maintenance department and other department members to ensure that labor materials, and spare parts budget are adhering to improve upon. 7. Provide production and maintenance subordinates all necessary training relating to improvements or changes made that affect machine operation or function. 8. Comply with all local, state, federal, and Aspen safety regulations, policies, and procedures. 9. sound quality assurance principles. 10. Execute Set - up operator role if is required. 11. Other related duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor. What You Need to Succeed in This Position: • Associate degree preferred, Vocational Diploma in Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic preferred and / or (5) years of experience in the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industries. • Minimum of (5) years of experience in repairing industrial automated equipment and machinery. • Must be able to travel for training. Schedule – 4th Shift: We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a 4th Shift position. The schedule for this role is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Candidates must be available to work this weekend shift schedule.
