Marketing & Guest Experience Coordinator

Responsibilities: Coordinate and deliver Open Days, Graduation Ceremonies, VIP visits, recruitment events, webinars, and other marketing-led activities Manage all event logistics, including registrations, scheduling, venue setup, signage, materials, photography, audiovisual requirements, and guest experience Liaise with internal departments and Event Managers to ensure seamless planning and execution of events and campus visits Coordinate event-related communications, presentations, promotional materials, social media coverage, photography, and video production Manage relationships with external suppliers, agencies, and service providers, ensuring quality delivery and budget compliance Coordinate individual and group campus visits for prospective students, parents, school counsellors, education agents, and VIP guests Deliver a personalized and premium visitor experience, while gathering feedback and implementing continuous improvements Coordinate the Marketing Student Ambassador Program, including scheduling, onboarding, training, communication, activity tracking, and engagement initiatives Plan and oversee all graduation-related activities, including guest registration, branding, ceremony logistics, photoshoots, Yearbook production, and alumni engagement events Support alumni marketing initiatives by developing and coordinating communications and content that showcase alumni achievements across digital and social media channels Organize focus groups and provide customer and market insights to support the effectiveness of marketing activities and communication strategies Support the execution of marketing campaigns, email marketing activities, social media and editorial calendars, ensuring alignment with Glion's brand identity and premium positioning Monitor budgets, process purchase requests, prepare performance I reports, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Glion and Sommet Education
