Compliance Advisory Risk Specialist

The TowneBank Compliance Advisory Risk Specialist plays a key risk management role (second line of defense), designed to provide administrative support to the Compliance Management System (CMS) in its responsibility to manage, maintain and report on the regulatory compliance risk assessment. Additionally, this role leads the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s regulatory compliance risk assessment along with supporting documentation, programs and systems. The good-faith compensation range for this role is expected to be $52k-$62k, based on the role, market, internal equity, and candidate qualifications.
