THE ROLE Under the direction of the General Manager, the Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the frontline operations of the Upscale Brewpub according to the standards and values set by Tangled Roots Brewing Co, LLC. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE Recruit, Hire, Schedule, Train, and Manage the Server and Host Team Members. Lead and Mentor team members to understand and adhere to TRBC Culture and Values. Empower the team through growth opportunities within the Company. Perform administrative duties. Lead and direct all team members with an emphasis on ongoing training and development. Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics aligned with TRBC Values, which inspire team members to meet and exceed standards. Oversee and Maintain cleanliness of the Upscale Brewpub Oversees private parties in the absence of the Event Manager.
