Supply Chain Coordinator

SUMMARY Acts as an on-site full service representative for a specific supply chain customer. Interfaces with all customer areas affected including users, engineers, developers and operations/support personnel. Responsible for assisting in all aspects of the development of the supply chain customer. Assists in defining objectives, development of detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Works in a team environment to support the Supply Chain Manager/Engineer to accomplish their essential duties and responsibilities in regards to a specific supply chain customer. Ensures the accuracy of data between the customer and TSP’s ERP systems, including product description, specifications, lead time and pricing. Work with other onsite personnel to provide service including pulling parts, cross referencing descriptions and order entry to receipt. Expedite orders as requested by the customer through interactions with vendors, TSP personnel and customer personnel. Report monthly on cost savings, engineer interaction and service quality. Act as customer’s on site expert by attending production and engineering meetings and then providing appropriate follow up. Provide support to all members of the supply chain team to facilitate optimal customer service from quote to delivery. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
