Wholesale Account Executive

In a business development role, identify and solicit new business from the top mortgage brokers. Work as mediators between mortgage brokers and financial institutions. Meet quarterly sales targets as outlined by the Wholesale Director. Develop, maintain and enhance mortgage broker relationships. Reviewing mortgage loans to ensure mortgage broker’s application packages are complete before being submitted. Contribute to the growth of MLB’s wholesale division and the brand through proactively generating new relationships and actively networking in the mortgage industry. Develop new business through cold-calling, follow-through with referrals, and outside sales activities.
