The role - Junior Data Governance Officer As a Junior Data Governance Officer within the Data Governance Operations team of the Central Data Office (CDO), you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the Firm’s Data Strategy and promoting Data Governance best practices across the organisation. Working closely with Data Owners, Data Stewards, IT teams, and business stakeholders, you will help ensure that data remains trusted, protected, and ready to use while supporting compliance with applicable regulations and governance requirements. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Identify and collect missing or incomplete data requirements documentation across technological products, ensuring full traceability and follow-up of remediation actions from an external audit perspective (ISO, QMSE, etc.) Contribute to the Data Governance Community by preparing meetings, coordinating stakeholders and presenting governance topics Support team members in the completion and maintenance of the Process Register and related Data Management documentation Participate in defining and structuring organisational change initiatives related to Data Governance principles Collaborate with other Data Governance team members to support operational activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of governance processes.
