Position Summary The ATS Houston office, located in Conroe, TX , is seeking a hands-on Engineering Technician to support our growing Building Access, Fall Protection, and Lightning Protection group. This is a field-focused position for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, working outdoors, and being part of a technical team. The Engineering Technician will work alongside Project Managers, Consultants, Engineers, and other field personnel performing inspections, testing, installations, repairs, and retrofits of building access and fall protection systems on commercial buildings and industrial facilities. Our work includes roof anchors, davits, lifelines, suspended access equipment, building maintenance units (BMUs), ladders, guardrails, and other permanent fall protection and access systems. The Houston team also performs inspections, testing, repairs, and installations associated with lightning protection systems. This is a strong opportunity for someone with construction, mechanical, maintenance, installation, or skilled-trade experience who wants to build a long-term technical career.
