Call Center Representative - Site Support

We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative who will take incoming calls from our fingerprinting, photo, and I-9 processing sites across the country. The Call Center Representative supports agents in the field to ensure the required systems are working properly and standard processes are followed correctly. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, and provide exceptional customer service. This is an on-site position located in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The schedule will be M-F 11am-7pm, with an occasional Saturday. This position pays $16.20hr.
